Game Crashes

My game crashes when I try to buy the last parcel of land in the capital city. I’ve tried this two separate times after using and regaining the necessary fees, and the game continues to crash. How can I get this last parcel of land?

also, I have a four second video that I can’t figure out how to attach and send. I took pictures of the different segments of the video, but they’re too big. I don’t know how to make those smaller either. So I can’t send any thing to you.
Trying to solve this problem is becoming too complicated.
