How to Uninstall SimCity from Mac (OSx Catalina)

Question

How do you uninstall SimCity from a Mac running the latest version of Catalina? All the search results say to right click on the game tile in Origin and select uninstall, but there is no uninstall option for me when I try that. Any suggestions? Origin keeps trying to "repair" the game and its really slowing my computer down when I play other games and have to keep origin open.

Drag the app from your Applications folder to the trash
Open your Documents folder and trash the SimCityMedia folder
Run the Origin reset tool to remove any cache, preference and other files associated with the game -&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
Empty the trash and restart your Mac

When you next open Origin you will have to log in but any other games you have will still be installed.
