I am trying to redeem a CD copy of Sim City 4 for my EA account
Hi, I have this copy of Sim City 4 Deluxe for PC, and I was wondering if I can redeem it on my EA account, or at least get support to help add it to my account.

Community ManagerHi @D4nkyK4ng , do you have a product key in your game box by any chance? If so, try redeeming the key on your EA account and see if it works.

Hi @EA_Cath, I have a similar issue. I tried to chat with EA support to redeem my CD key for a digital copy of the game on the EA app, but they didn't seem to think it was possible. Would you be able to take a look at my case and help me out?
