Hi @Yodogismaximus - Are you on a Mac or PC?
For both types of computers, Disable Origin in-game > In Origin main menu, right-click SimCity icon, Game Properties, check the box that says "Disable Origin In-game".
If PC, it's possible that you have notifications popping up in the background that are waiting for you to interact with them. You can change your settings to have Windows stop all but high-priority messages in the Focus Assist settings. Choose the Windows Start Button > Settings > System > Focus Assist (in the side bar) > Automatic Rules > click to change "When I'm Playing a Game" to "On - Priority Messages Only" https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026996/windows-10-turn-focus-assist-on-or-off You can also choose which notifications to see, or turn off notifications altogether : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028678/windows-10-change-notification-settings
If you're running MacOS Mojave, some users have reported issues with the mouse cursor accuracy being off. Most of the time this can be fixed by running in windowed mode or forcing your game resolution via the command line. If these don't help, please reply back with more information about your computer (Mac or PC, OS version) and what happened when you tried these tips.
Hope this helps! Happy Building!
