Installation of SimCity 4 from EA App Fails

Hi,

When I attempt to install SimCity4, the game is always in Danish and always corrupted. Here is a full description: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AoCEw0_VPQc&ab_channel=AndySinclair.  All other games and software run correctly on the machine, including Steam. Please advise.
