is there a code in SimCity 4 to get unlimited money

i will not ever summit my game for an award. i play the game just to have fun. i suffer from multiple mental illness & have limited income. If there isnt one have can i get EA Games to make 1 for me. I will sign a contract stating that i will not summit any city i build for any type of awards. If it cost money to create the code that will give me 999,999,9999,9999,999 that i can enter when i start a new city. I find very hard and i mean very hard to build a city with just 500,000.00 and borrowing $ from the games bank the APR is too high.  PLEASE tell me there is a code for this or more $ than 6 Millon Dollars or more
