No es correcta la solución propuesta. Favor abrir ticket y seguir analizando el problema porque sus clientes, me incluyo, necesitamos jugar sin tener conexión y sin tener el fallo 1006.

Hi @AstrogGortsa - If you want technical help from EA, try contacting EA: Click this link: https://help.ea.com/ Log in and choose your country in the top right corner. Choose "Help with a Game", select SimCity from the list and follow the prompts to choose the help.
This should get you support in your native language.
