Municipal Airport

I am unable to add expansions to the Municipal Airport.  I have placed the airport in a wide-open area and can lay more runway but cannot add a Cargo Terminal, Passenger Terminal or the airport sign...

    Got it!

    I have the Extended Worker Data Mod installed. I removed it and all of a sudden, blue plop dots have returned!

    What a shame. I really use that Mod. I might remove it temporarily, place the Terminals and re-add it.

Great troubleshooting! That is a bummer - I think your idea to remove it to place the airport is a good one. I usually don't use mods, but I consider that one to be part of the game.

    There are a couple I use - UNoN and another that shows education flow through the streets to the Industrial buildings requiring it. That's all.
