Hi @Streebor - Generally speaking, if you're having issues with the regional view, the quickest way to sync your information across the region is to log out of SimCity (through the menu). This forces a synchronization on the server and generally updates for all cities.
Since this is a pretty old thread that talks about an issue with server overload at launch, I am going to lock it to prevent further necro-posting.
