My city stopped receiving earned simoleons

Hello. My City Good Charlotte, in the region lvm, on the Pacific 1 server. Has developed some kind of glitch. Money is no longer amounting in my simoleons account. If I spend money, the income at the end of the hour only takes the total back to the previous amount. And in the top scores view section (population, simoleons, wealth, etc). It actual has my amount of simoleons recorded in negative numbers. It says I have  - 2 biliion something simoleons... when in fact i have positive 2 billion something simoleons. This is not very fun. I have waited a couple of days to see if it will fix itself and it has not. Any help? Thankyou. I recently changed my name and profile picture which haven't updated. I also visited some other servers. It was upon returning from a North America and Asia server this had occurred.
