Need help finding download for simcity 2013. Please help.

I purchased sim city 2013 a long time ago. I managed to actually log into what seems like my account on the ea website. I can see the transaction in my history. Where is the link to download the game...

    You have to download the EA App to download the game. You can't do it from the EA website.
