Obtaining the 64-bits version of "Sim City Integral Edition"

Good morning/afternoon/evening depending on where you are,

IIwent into troubles when trying to install SimCity on my MacBook Air as my computer does not support 32-bits games (error  message in french linked to my message)

I bought the game on Origin, May 6th 2018. I have my receipt but i do not want to share it here as it contains personnal informations;

An assitant from your online help told me to contact EA by phone / e-mail, which i did but the assistants were also unable to help me as they can not grand any content access.

( Help case #154538705 and help case 154536848 )

I would like to find a solution to run SC on my laptop, if i can get a 64 bits versions it should work for the best but if you know another way which is easier to apply  i'm still open. I would be gratefull if one of you is able to help me.

Kind regards,

HummyR

    Thank you for your fast response,

    I'm sorry to hear that, do you know if there are any deal between EA/Aspyre to ease the acquisition of SimCity games from EA player base ?

    I have bought the game years ago, enjoyed it and played it a bit so i'm definitly unable to get any refund. I only saw the "MacOS" topic after posting i'm sorry to have created a new thread.

    From the Aspyr pages, it seems that you can buy it via steam, do you know if it is the different versions of SC or the classic one, if i buy SC from steam directly will it works ? I would like to buy a steam key in that case, even tough updating a game is a lot of work i don't want to pay full price for a game i already bought once if i can't get any deal.

    Thank you again, Kinds Regards,

    HummyR

  • Nope, there is no discount for previous owners to buy the game on the App Store.

    The only version available on Steam is Simcity 4. I can't find the latest Simcity there, even on PC so I'm not sure which version the page you found refers to 🤔
