(PC) Origin game install failed Simcity Complete Edition

Hi everyone! I purchased simcity complete edition and started download game. When the download is finished the origin is show me the installed is failed. I attach picture of this. Sorry my english...

    I got windows update and then origin continued update simcity but then show this error (attach)

    Hello @BlackPrinceofKBE 

    I solved it, but only by reinstalling the windows operating system ☹️ (win 10 64bit)
