Please

The EA  App is more like Malware to me right now.

My gaming system has limited capability and when I want to play a new game I often have to remove the old ones first. I deleted SIMCITY no problem but the EA  App won't let me remove it, and won't let me manually shut it down and it's always running in the background eating up memory usage and CPU.

Please help, I tried to find a way to contact EA about it but despite looking I could not find an appropriate customer service portal. Poor customer service is typical in the gaming industry but this app is not welcome in my personal property any more and I am about to look into my rights in this situation, EA may be buying me a new system if they are in the wrong for this, not only that, this is a terrible way to treat a paying customer. I should not have to work this hard to find a solution to EA's app.

How do I remove this MALWARE of an app from my computer?
