Quest help

Every time I try to interact with the baby it shows foot steps. I need to complete this quest so I can move on. PLZ HELP!

There is no "Baby Quest" in any Simcity game, sorry.

Simcity Societies will not run on Windows 11
I downloaded scs on my pc through the EA App, I am running the .exe as an administrator and I have it in compatibility mode windows vista service pack 2 but still no luck.
