If you mean will they ever do another SimCity version, it's anyone's guess. Nothing has ever been announced since 2015, when they dissolved the original team that built SimCity 5.

But, SimCity 5 from 2013 is still available for purchase. There is no development team, so no more patches or fixes. But, they still maintain the servers & you can still play the game in either online multiplayer or offline single player mode.

It is a 32-bit game, so it won't run on any Mac running MacOS Catalina or later. It still runs fine on my Windows 10 machine. They have never announced if they will update it to run on 64 bit, nor have they announced that they won't.

Hard to tell if that's because they have unannounced plans for a new version, or have abandoned the SimCity franchise for good. This game has so much potential, I hope they expand the franchise again. Not holding my breath, tho 🙂
