If you go on to the Newcrest town then that is just made up of multi sized, plain lots where you can build a house from scratch, or when you move house or create a new household you have the option to bulldoze lot when on the furnished or unfurnished option. This way you can build a hones house but still have neighbours. Hope this helps.
