Origin doesn't support 4k natively, so while you may be able to rig something up, it'll likely be iffy at best.

If you’d like to play SimCity while running an NVIDIA graphics card in SLI Mode, you’ll need to force the mode on by changing your NVIDIA Control Panel settings. Simply open up your NVIDIA Control Panel, and then change the SLI setting from “NVIDIA Recommended” to “Alternate frame rendering 2”.
