SimCity 2013 has two language versions - there's a Russian/Hungarian/Polish version and a "Rest of the World" version. If you accidentally purchased the wrong version, or you can't get the correct language to download and install, you'll need to Contact EA for help.
EA also has other language forums, if you'd like to post in a different language.
None of the forums can help with account issues. You will need to contact EA if you can't get the correct language installed. Good luck and Happy Building!
