Region Not Sharing Resources / Status Checks between cities

Couldn't make commuting work either. Best I got is 200 commuters from a city with 1500 unemployed while having over 1000 free jobs.

My 150k pop city is frozen or in data Nirvana. The great work does not always appear. Making region deals sometimes works, sometimes not. Let's hope the majority of malfuctions is related to the servers.

Oh man, SC is (probably) an epic game not deseving the fiasko we experience right now!
