Hey there, I have some issues with the trading between cities. I am playing the sandbox mode and am building one city that is only making power, water, etc. But when my other city is trying to buy the power or water, that is where the problem starts. The city advisers of the one city are suggesting me to sell the power to my neighboring city because it is in need. The city advisers of the other city are suggesting me to buy the power from the neighboring city because they have it in excess.
Now this is where the problem starts. Sometimes it doesn't give me the option to buy the water or power at all even though I know for sure that it is there. And some other times if it does give me the option and I click on the "Buy" button, it won't trade at all. It will show me the trading arrow, but it will keep telling me "Using O MW / 1,831.8 MW for $0" and it will keep saying this forever. I haven't been able to trade water or power at all except in the tutorial game scenario.
Does anybody know how to fix this issue?
Having a similiar issue. Yesterday had a connection between two cities and one is feeding power to the other. Also sent a few trash trucks. Built a 3rd city and I can't get Power. I also tried to send trash pickups and it's not working. Not seeing errors about servers down which caused issues with trading before. This inability to trade between cities is making it much more difficult to manage a region as it's pretty much required.

So I can connect and claim cities fin now, makes it hard to plan out a region though. Was planning to do a city to offload all the dewage, provide power, pick up trash etc.....I guess I can work up that particular city at the moment, but the regions that would depend upon it are out of luck. Still overall, I like their concept of gameplay. I jsut hope that they can provide what the conceptualize fairly soon!
