We are aware that the interactivity between cities is currently not working as expected on all servers and we are already looking into this.

We started a multi-city on one of the new servers and it shares much better. Only a few minutes before it all happens. Not great..but bettter then it is on the overloaded servers.
And oddly achievements were back on. but no cheeta speed. but the city hall upgrades would show region wide after only a few minutes. same with utilties.
There is a bug with recycling though. It will suddenly stop. To fix it yoiu have to put down a new recyler and then the old one works.
It give me hope they can get this fixed.
