I just made a 4 city section on the Viranda Woodlands map or whatever it's called and built like this: one residential, one industry, one commercial, and one utility only city.
It was all working fine for a while but then I ran into these issues.
1. The region city hall bonuses were finally applying to other cities, but it took atleast 30 minutes before the region "realized" that one of the cities had bonuses. After that it only took a matter of seconds for all my cities to get the bonus.
2. Traffic is not getting displayed correcty. Here is why: I had low wealth residential in a grid pattern covering atleast 5/8 of the city. The residents DID travel to the other cities to work.
3. BUT!: The residential city was displaying massive amounts of traffic. The traffic was congested even on the highway backed up all the way to ANOTHER city.so I changed cities to the one that had the traffic backed up all the way to and that city WASN'T even showing TRAFFIC!
4.Randomly the AI thinks that it needs to burn 5 or 6 houses at the same time. Police are not working correctly because I had cities where there were NO criminals and they still complained about crime. Metro buses and school buses don't travel between cities.
5. The utility city doesn't show the "usage" it goes through. It was maintaning 3 cities and everything was still prestine. Also you CAN'T buy all the extra power, water, or sewage a city is producing. Instead it feeds you a small amount.
6. The trade depot DID appear to sell extra freight to the commercial city, BUT I didn't try it with anything else like oil, ore, coal, etc..
