Region Not Sharing Resources / Status Checks between cities

Apparently the SVP is going to be doing a twitter session on their offical twitter account from 12-12:45 PM PST tomorrow. Hopefully we can get an ETA on how long this will be an issue. I expect it would be priority #2 behind server stability/capacity, so 24-72 more hours.

It would be nice to know if these problems are server or software issues. Or a combination of both.

    Dang I gave $100K gift and that money just freaking disappeared forever. What the hell.
