Just tested this in a new region on NA West 4, and it's still not working properly. Some resources are updated quickly, but gifted money doesn't work quickly, and great works are not synced between cities. One city has started the great work, and another city thinks it's ready for a new great work.

I am on NA WEST 1, and I just noticed that services are being transfered!! This makes the entire cityplanning process way easier. I swear I don't work for EA.

It's still not working!
Working for me too now on US West 1, but it occasionally stops.
Still, better than it never working at all.
Hopefully this gets fixed for real soon.
