I'm currently having an issue with not only sharing resources but also sending money. In total i've send 2 Million $ from one city to another and its been hours and my new city has not recieved the money yet. Yet my old city has lost that 2 million. Where did that 2 million go? I'm expecially frusterated by fact that i just had built coal mines, trading depots, and beefed up a powerplant only to have this dinosour thing pop up and destroy all those major structures! no i have little to no income, and i can't get money from other cities.
At this point i don't feel any incentive to keep playing if i can't get my cities to communicate. I got a 100k pop city but i feel like in ordre to improve it any further i need to start building support cities to help it, but i can't with these issues!
