On East Coast 2:
Almost never recognizes that another city has City Hall upgrades, but once worked between two cities that allowed City A to adjust taxes due to City B's financial upgrade.
Great Works Project - Doesn't recognize that the required buildings have been built in another city within the region.
Workers - No sign that workers are commuting.
Water/Power/Sewage - Allows me to buy these services from another city but it never actually occurs.
Gifting money - never is received but is taken.
On NA EC 2. Same issue--power, water, sewage not getting shared.
I'm not advanced to the point where anything else becomes an issue.
I suppose I'll grit my teeth and wait but even a "We have no clue what's going on; this'll take some time" is better than silence, EA.

What I mean is ANOTHER update would be nice. I want to know when the game will get back working.
