Region Not Sharing Resources / Status Checks between cities

Just chiming in. Earlier I was working on a city and region sharing worked, but then I started OK on another city in the same region and its NOT working there. Didn't reboot the game or anything. Like the rest of these it seems, this is on NA East 2.
