I in fact believe that these functions have been mostly disabled or capped to try and free up some server bandwidth yet we just haven't been told since that would show that they have removed some elements of the game that are not "non-critical". These are exactly the features of product that they have advertised and hyped to us plus used to justify the always online componant of the game. If they made this public they may as well admit they have a truely broken product that they do not have the infrastructure to support.
I hope I am wrong EA, please prove me wrong and get this mess working.
It seems to coincidental that these features went down the exact time they disabled the "non-critical" features. On Monday, I want EA to deliver a game plan for bringing up the entire system to 100%. It would be really nice if they went a step further and installed an actuall cloud to connect the servers so that players can access their cities from any server.
I am so pissed off of not sharing, the whole idea is **bleep**ed up now. Europe West 2 - resources are sharing only 1/3 of the available volume.
When can we expect a fix to this??
