Everything is up to date already and its still is having the same problem
Microsoft itself does a very poor job getting the latest drivers into their updates' database. You cannot trust what their version of "Up to Date" is. Only nVIDIA and AMD/ATI can guarantee the very latest, and right now, everyone is having to get along on "Beta" versions of the Radeon drivers!
What did the nVIDIA site I referred you to suggest you should be using?

What do you mean by that? The site that you gave to me ask me to check if my nvidia graphic card is upto date. when i look at my nvdia control panel, it is the exact same version as the one on the site. Basically my graphic card is up to date.
