I downloaded SimCity digital version. When I play the game it runs slow and not smooth. All actions are a couple seconds behind and makes for difficult playing. I have a Hp Pavilon with a intel core processor. Windows 7 is the operating system.
What do i do to fix this???
Did you just Fix that problem? But my problem is all setting will not change till if can got need speed up so I can Play Simcity and cool 3D but not it looks old game from 2002? I hate it! Please help me fix This

...Stupid powerful. Currently running it in 4k max settings causes noticeable performance problems. This should NOT be an issue (I mean, Crysis 3 runs fine at max EVERYTHING in 4k). Is there some issue with the current build that I am unaware of?
Simcity 2013 has lost its core of resident players reading the message traffic here. Two years is a long time for that kind of enthusiasm to persist. You probably need to get connected to a Game Adviser at Help Center:
P. S. Since 4K is truly a huge drain on a GPU, what happens at a lesser resolution?

@Gorath_the_Elder has probably given the best advice. Your PC may be "stupid powerful" however this game is one with many, many issues.
Same problem and my PC has I7-5930K Processor-GE Force GTX 980 graphics card with 16GB DDR4 RAM and plenty of storage space.
Why do too many of you choose to keep on trying to reanimate this long dead thread? There are many potential message threads that haven't been buried for a year to choose from. nVIDIA drivers have extreme variations among them. Test older and newer ones to see which works best.
Run Clean Boot tests to find any overlays that are in conflict and eliminate them.
And use a message that isn't in the farthest, deepest corner of the message graveyard, please.
It does not have anything to do with your computer, it is the settings in the app that you will have to piddle with. I am still having that problem and don't have an answer yet. I hope you fixed your problem by now.
I fully understand what you are saying. I have the identical issue. Same desktop 3 SCBI's 2 work fast, 1 very slow.
