Simcity - Achievements lost

Hello,

I used to play SimCity through Origin a while ago and I had some achievements completed in multiplayer mode. Now, despite the EA app stating I played over 184 hours when I reinstalled and opened the game, it started a tutorial and i have no completed achievements, as if I never played the game before.

Is there a way to recover my achievements?
