Simcity : city does not load and game crashes

Hello all, 

I bought the game a few days ago, and I cannot play. 

The game launches, but when I try to access my city, the loading page freezes (I can still hear the music) and then the game crashes after 5 minutes. 

I followed every steps in this topic : https://answers.ea.com/t5/Other-SimCity-Games/Unable-to-Load-City-at-this-Time/td-p/6628883/page/2
But it is not working.
