I have been having this error of "unable to load city at this time" in one of my cities. I have tried troubleshooting everything online and also reached out to EA Support. They are working on this issue. Does anyone else have/had this issue?

Same issue for my.
I want to play with a lot of people for a youtube channel but all cities in the same region are non accessible. but if I try another region its OK.
Server: North America East 3
Region: Lets Play Together 8
Cities: All cities are not working.
If I try in Lets Play Together 5, I can access my city.
Talked to other players of Region Lets Play Together 8 and they cannotload any cities there too.
