It looks like this issue was resolved yesterday.

It was working yesterday, Not sure why we are having issues now.
Me and my best friend went to bed at 6am this morning on a multiplayer region building up new cities each from scratch being extremely excited to get right back into it tonight after work...thought it was only on my end cause I haven't seen any service issues on their website or server detectors...glad I can see its not just me and im not the only one extremely upset about this... >:I fix your "new and improved launcher" EA
Well just purchased the entire simcity2013 with all of the expansions, looking forward to building since I have not played in since SimCity4 and found incorrect login information. Great use of 30 dollars!
Its still not working for me. I was playing it with EA play then bought the game and it still is giving me the alert..
its truly an art to screw up so incredibly much like EA did
Well, the word is out.
EA Games are shutting down the SimCity 2013 services by the end of June 2023.
What a shame. I hope the old guards of Maxis Studio who just started a brand néw studio, will bring back SimCity and do implement those features all of us are longing for.
