SimCity 2013: No texts are displayed, just some asterisks.

Hello everyone.
Today I bought SimCity 2013 Complete Edition. I installed it on my Windows 11 PC from the EA App. The installation was successful and I was notified that it was ready, although the shortcut to the game was not left on the desktop. When I open it, the screenshot is shown without any text, just some asterisks. When I click on the only button, it closes. From the EA App I choose to uninstall the game and it takes me to the list of programs installed on the PC, but SimCity does not appear there. I read that years ago someone presented this problem and they were told that it was a very discussed topic, and they offered a link to the solution (within the forum) but it is no longer available. I suspect that it may have something to do with the language: My PC is in Spanish and when installing the game, I also chose Spanish. I hope someone can help me. I feel quite frustrated.
