SimCity (2013) removed from my library

Simcity (2013) and the DLCs have been removed from my library due to having EA Play a while back. The purchase history also only has a "Placeholder" name instead of Simcity

    Try contacting EA Help. Their agents should be able to remove the EA Play version of the game that may still be registered to your account and replace it with the game you purchased.
