Hi, I purchased the SimCity 2013 complete edition and downloaded it to my EA account. the game works fine however it looks like the hero's and Villans set is not on it. (maxis man / vu tower is not in the game for some reason). to my knowledge everything other than that seems to be there and working as should. not sure why this is but if someone can please direct me on what I can do to resolve this issue I would appreciate it.

It's been a long time since I've played SimCity myself, but from the quick look I've had it does seem that the Heroes and Villains Set is bundled with the Complete Edition (see below). It may be that you just need to install the set or meet an in-game requirement to access the buildings you mention.
thanks for the feedback & quick response. yes, I know it's an older game and one people don't play as much which makes things a bit more complicated, especially due to the lack of information on the game. I've done some research before posting on here and to my knowledge there should be no game requirement to have them and if there was, I would have definitely unlocked it by now. also, the way the game works is that you see what is and isn't unlocked and if you hover the mouse over it tells you what needs to be done in order to unlock and acquire that certain something however the maxis mansion and vu tower is nowhere to be found even unlocked (should be in the police category). I did look in my EA library and all the other sets seem to be there but not heroes and villains. I'm a little old school when it comes to gaming and not sure if I uninstall the game in order to reinstall if I would lose the whole game completely. Just not sure on what to do or who to reach out to about it.
