SimCity 4 Cannot be Played on Windows 11

I just downloaded SimCity 4 via EA Game App on my Windows 11. However, the game crashes after the intro page. There is no error message to troubleshoot. It didn't work even after i try to "repair game"

    So when I tried to install the game via the EA App, it says the file size for SimCity 4 is only 908 kB, not the 1.2 GB it should take up.  Anyone else noticed this?

    I searched 'Add/Remove Programs' and found the game by typing in 'Sim' in the search bar.

    On Steam is easy, go on your library and click with the right button on Sim City 4, click Properties and than just type the following string on the Launch Options box (i don't know if in english is called like this because i'm italian) you see at the bottom : -d:OpenGL. Then launch it from Steam.
