SimCity 4 crashing on startup (windows 11, EA app)
I installed simcity4 via the EA app, but it just crashes after the intros (where you would select region). I tried everything-Repairing, deleting than re-installing, toggling game mode (windows 11 settings), Looking into files, Disabling VPN, checking firewall/antivirus, Not skipping intros, etc. My computer is brand new, so it can't be files or cache. I've checked the specs and I have way beyond the requirements.
