Simcity 4 Deluxe - Windows 10 - Black Screen

Good morning to all,

As written in the title, since last febrary I'm having problems with Simcity 4 deluxe, using the Origin platform.

Everytime I launch the game, it appear a black screen and I can only see and move the mouse icon. I can do nothing more but only restart my pc.

My pc has:

Windows 10 Home 64bit - version 20H2 

Video Card: Ndivia Gforce GTX 750 Ti

Before february I was able to play the game without any problem and I observed that started to have problems after I downloaded a Windows 10 update (don't remember which one exactly).

I tried to contact many times the EA support but their answers didn't help me.

The game was purchased and downloaded from the Origin platform.

Anyone can help me please?
