simcity 4 deluxe play disc.

Hello.

I just got SimCity 4 deluxe  4 disc box edition together with SimCity societies , build it  etc.

I installed on my computer  ( windows 7  4core cpu, 16G ram , 1G Radeon7770)

Installation started with first disc, then asked second disc, after it finished, it asked me to put  "play disc".

I inserted disc 1 and clicked  "play" option but I still receive " please insert the SimCity 4 deluxe play disc , and select ok and restart game" message. Game  does not recognize disc1 as play disc.  my  dvd/BR player is E: drive but I don't  think its issue because when I click ok, I see drive led blinks so game see the disc and read from E

What should I do , I also installed simcity societies from 3rd disc and I can play it . When I start SimCity societies, it also ask SimCity societies destination / deluxe disc and I insert disc3 and successfully play  it. but SimCity4 deluxe does not accept disc1 . What do I do wrong?
