Simcity 5 (2013) cannot run in windows 11!

EA please fix this! Otherwise u are just scamming people money ☹️

    Go to DXVK in GitHub and click on "Release 2.3" on the right.

    Scroll down and download the first file, called "dxvk-2.3.tar.gz".

    Open it and copy the "d3d9.dll" file inside the x32 folder and paste it into the folder where the SimCity executable file is, the executable file should be in this path: C:\Program Files\EA Games\SimCity\SimCity

    yes when i follow your step, it can go in. But in the menu page, it loading and turn off the game
