Will Simcity 5 pc offline version work in Nvidia Geforce GT 520..??

You were off topic for the forum you chose (The Sims). Following my reply, the thread has now been moved. Your GT 520 has well below the minimum perfomance required, and is most likely actually a GT 520m, which is worse by from 15 to 30% than a desktop version of a GT 520. I would anticipate the game would run very slowly for you.
