Simcity 5 will not launch on windows 11

Hey I just installed Simcity 5 on my Windows 11 system and it launches fine, but when I reach the main menu nothing appears does anyone else have this problem?

@dogfergus3400I have it installed on my Win 11 laptop, and have no issues.
