Simcity bug

Hi, I have the complete edition of the Sims City but the EA app doesn't acknowledge the expansion pack I have cities of tomorrow please fix.

Hi,

Is the first screenshot from your game? The expansion pack seems already activated 🤔

Otherwise, can you try to clear EA App cache? (Top left menu > Help > App recover).
