Summarize your bug I redeemed my SimCity™: Complete Edition game code but the app says that I own the Standard edition. I'm only missing the Cities of Tomorrow and Heroes and Villains Set Add-ons for unkown reason.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Redeem a SimCity™: Complete Edition code in the EA App I guess.
What happens when the bug occurs? The app says that I own the Standard edition but only 2 add-ons missing.
What do you expect to see? I expected to see that I own SimCity™: Complete Edition including the Tomorrow and Heroes and Villains Set Add-ons.
