SimCity: Complete Edition

I bought SimCity: Complete Edition but it won't launch.
I bought the game last July, and I'm currently having trouble launching it with the EA app.
I've attached 3 image files, and I don't have any information about it other than the first and second image files.
I've tried all the possible methods in EA Help, but the problem hasn't been solved,
and the most suspicious part from my perspective is that when I open the SimCity item in the EA app library, there's a price tag on the SimCity: Future City item, as shown in the last image attachment.
I wonder if this is the main reason I'm having trouble launching the game. Could you help me solve this problem?

From what I can understand from your first screenshot, it says that some permissions are missing, right? If so, try adding the game and the EA app to your antivirus whitelist. It is probably blocking the game from starting.
