My purchased DLC goes missing in the EA launcher, even though I can still access it when I play the base game. I just don’t like that the launcher doesn’t acknowledge that I already own this DLC and instead shows the “Buy” icon.
I contacted them some weeks ago, but they didn't help. Unistalling, clearing cache, disabling extensions at startup of Windows... nothing worked. I think is a problem with their license server, because they told me that they could see that I had the game, and it should appear in the app. Still no access.
You’re right! When it was on EA Origin, it showed that I already owned it.
Have you fixed it yet? I contacted customer support via chat yesterday, but they couldn’t help me. They told me to uninstall the EA App and clear the cache, which didn’t fix the issue.
This is happening to me too. I bought the "Cities of Tomorrow" DLC ten years ago! It was still there when the service was "EA Origin"
