You’re right! When it was on EA Origin, it showed that I already owned it.
Have you fixed it yet? I contacted customer support via chat yesterday, but they couldn’t help me. They told me to uninstall the EA App and clear the cache, which didn’t fix the issue.

I contacted them some weeks ago, but they didn't help. Unistalling, clearing cache, disabling extensions at startup of Windows... nothing worked. I think is a problem with their license server, because they told me that they could see that I had the game, and it should appear in the app. Still no access.
